How do you achieve Lifetime Membership? One must have served at least fifteen (15) cumulative years, or served as Chief, with the Company to become a Life Member.

Trainee Member: One who is accepted by the Standing Committee as a candidate for active membership and who is accepted into the Company by a majority vote of eligible members present at a regularly scheduled Company meeting. A Trainee Member must serve at least six (6) months, but not more than twelve (12) months, before becoming eligible for grade of Active Member.
Probationary Member: One who is accepted by the Standing Committee as a candidate for active membership and who is a current active member, in good standing, on a department within the Kearsarge Mutual Aid Compact; and who is accepted into the Company by a majority vote of eligible members present at a regularly scheduled Company meeting. A Probationary Member must serve at least two (2) months, but not more than eight (8) months, before becoming eligible for grade of Active Member.
Junior Member: One who is at least sixteen (16) years old and has not yet reached their eighteenth (18) birthday, whose legal guardian(s) have provided written permission and attended an onboarding meeting, and who is accepted into the Company by a majority vote of eligible members present at a regularly scheduled company meeting.
Administrative Member: One who will be filling the office of Chaplain, Secretary, or Treasurer, but not obtaining active membership.
Auxiliary Member: To help, support and assist the Company with fundraising and other events, and to provide refreshments at emergency scenes.
